होली का त्योहार रंगों का त्योहार हैI इस दिन लोग एक दूसरे पर गुलाल लगाते हैं और रंग फेंकते हैं और एक दूसरे को गले लगाते हैI बच्चों के लिए तो यह त्योहार विशेष महत्व रखता हैI फाल्गुन मास की पुर्णिमा को यह त्योहार मनाया जाता हैI होली के साथ अनेक कथाएं जुड़ीं हैंI होली मनाने के एक रात पहले होली को जलाया जाता हैI इसके पीछे एक लोकप्रिय इतिहासिक कथा हैI

होली के साथ एक इतिहासिक कथा भी जुड़ी हुई हैI प्रहलाद के पिता हरिण्यकश्यप एक राक्षस राजा था। खुद को भगवान कहता थाI उनके पुत्र प्रहलाद विष्णु भक्त थेI हरिण्यकश्यप ने प्रहलाद को विष्णु भक्ति करने से रोकाI प्रहलाद ने विष्णु की भक्ति बंद नहीं कीI हरिण्यकश्यप क्रोधित हो गया और प्रहलाद को कई तरह से सजा देने लगाI लेकिन प्रहलाद को भगवान की कृपा से कुछ भी नहीं हुआI हरिण्यकश्यप ने प्रहलाद को मार डालने के लिए अपनी बहन होलिका से मदद मांगीI होलिका को आग में न जलने का वरदान प्राप्त थाI होलिका अपने भाई की सहायता करने के लिए तैयार हो गईI होलिका के पास एक ऐसी चादर थीI जिसे ओढ़ने पर व्यक्ति आग के प्रभाव से बच सकता थाI होलिका ने उस चादर को ओढ़कर प्रहलाद को गोद में ले लिया और चिता पर जा बैठीI तब दैवीय चमत्कार हुआI चादर उड़ कर प्रहलाद के ऊपर गिर पडीI विष्णु जी की कृपा से प्रहलाद सुरक्षित रहे और होलिका जल कर भस्म हो गईI परंतु विष्णु भक्त प्रहलाद का बाल भी बाँका न हुआI भक्त की विजय हुई और राक्षस की पराजयI उस दिन बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत हुईI तब से लेकर आज तक होली का पर्व मनाया जाता हैI

Four Stambhs

There are four stambhs in every Samvat.  The entire world depends on these elements, viz. Water, Air, Grains and Herbal plants (Water, Air, Fire, Earth). Method of Anna Stambha Calculation

The Punarvasu Nakshatra on Ashadh Shukla Paksh Pratipada forms the Anna Stambh.From ephemeris we find that Ashadh Shukla Paksh Pratipada begins on 4 July 2016 at 16:31hrs till 5 July 2016 at 14:35hrs. Therefore, the total duration of Pratipada is 22 hours 04 minutes = 1324 minutes.

Punarvasu Nakshatra begins at 18:34 hrs on 4^th July 2016 and Pratipada ends at 14:35 hrs on 5^th July 2016

Therefore Punarvasu Nakshatra was in Pratipada for 20 hours & 01 minute =1201 minutes. This is 90.7% of Pratipada with duration 1324 minutes.

Therefore Anna Stambha is 90.7% which is very strong. The grains, wheat and pulses production will be high during this year.

Transit Rahu And Ketu
